Beginners are welcome. The classes are held on a Wednesday evening, in the Jim Hayes Hall, Hursley Club House. If you wish to try it out to see if you like it, the charge is only £5 a class for the first three sessions. Why not give Yoga a try? All you need is clothing that doesn't restrict your movements, bare feet and a blanket.
